New Home, New Will!

“Moving to a new home is a great joy for any household. But with that new home comes new responsibility. An untimely death in the family would be a great tragedy, particularly if the surviving family then had to battle with legalities to get what they thought was rightfully theirs”, said Mr. Crossland.

“And there’s always the question of who’s going to inherit, should both partners pass away together, for example in a car accident”, said Miss Hanover.
