New Holiday, New Will!

Every holidaymaker knows it is important to make a Will, but most put off making one for a variety of reasons.

“Travelling to a new destination is exciting and great fun for anyone. But with that new holiday comes new risks. An untimely death in the family would be a great tragedy, particularly if the surviving family then had to battle with legalities to get what they thought was rightfully theirs”, said Mr. Crossland.

“And there’s always the question of who’s going to inherit, should both partners pass away together, for example in a car accident”, said Miss Hanover.
